On October 10, the Circle of Entrepreneurs and Professionals of the South of Tenerife (CEST) celebrated its 25th anniversary at an emotional gala at the Hotel Gf Gran Costa Adeje. The event was attended by more than 400 businessmen and prominent figures from the political and business spheres of the Canary Islands, including Manuel Alexis Oliva Hernández, Director General of Economic Promotion and Diversification, David Mille Pomposo, Director General of Trade and Consumer Affairs, Francisco Javier González Díaz, Deputy Minister of Infrastructure, and Lope Domingo Afonso, Minister of Tourism, Internationalization and External Action.

The gala, presented by the renowned journalist Emilia González, was an opportunity to recall the achievements of the association and renew its commitment to the economic development of the island. Francisco Javier Cabrera, president of CEST, offered some emotional words, highlighting the importance of the entity in boosting the professional and business fabric of southern Tenerife. “Our goal is to make our voices continue to be heard both on this island and beyond, to make the south and the entrepreneurs and professionals that make it up visible,” he said, also highlighting the association’s new strategy to expand its reach nationally and forge alliances on the peninsula.
During the celebration, the trajectory of several local companies that, like CEST, have worked tirelessly for the economic growth of the region, was also recognized. PerseoOur hotel equipment brand was there to celebrate this milestone together with CEST. Arturo Catalán, representative of Perseo, did not hesitate to support an association that, like us, believes in the potential of the Canary Islands and works every day to enhance its strengths. For Perseo, being part of this celebration was an opportunity to reiterate our commitment to the development of Tenerife and the growth of its business fabric.

From Perseo, we would like to congratulate CEST for these 25 years of achievements and service to the business community. We are proud to be part of an environment where collaboration and shared effort have been key to build a future full of opportunities for all.
Congratulations CEST and may the successes continue for many more years to come!
